Ahmad Shah Massoud (* September 2, 1953 in Bazarak; † September 9, 2001 in Khwaja Bahauddin District) was an afghan military leader. He was 48 years old. He had 6 children. His education included Lycée Esteqlal and Kabul University. His faith was Islam. He was awarded the Order of Ismoili Somoni. His cause of death was bomb attack.
