Biography
Akira Miyawaki (* January 29, 1928 in Takahashi; † July 16, 2021) was a japanese botanist. He was 93 years old. His education included Hiroshima University, University of Tokyo and Hiroshima University of Literature and Science. He received 7 awards, including Blue Planet Prize, Reinhold Tüxen Award. His cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage.
