Biography
Boris Vasilyev (* May 21, 1924 in Smolensk; † March 11, 2013 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian writer (1924—2013). He was 88 years old. He studied at Military Academy of Armored Forces. His awards include Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class, Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 3rd class and Russian Federation Presidential Certificate of Honour. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
