Biography
Elisabeth Kübler-Ross (* July 8, 1926 in Zurich; † August 24, 2004 in Scottsdale) was a swiss-American psychiatrist and pioneer in near-death studies. She was 78 years old. Her education included University of Zurich and University of Colorado Denver Department of Medicine. Her awards include National Women's Hall of Fame and honorary doctor of the University of Miami. She was buried at Paradise Memorial Gardens.
