Flossie Wong-Staal (* August 27, 1947 in Zhongshan; † July 8, 2020 in La Jolla) was an american virologist. She was 72 years old. She had 2 children. She studied at University of California, Los Angeles. Her awards include National Women's Hall of Fame, Member of the National Academy of Medicine and Great Immigrants Award. Her cause of death was pneumonia.
