George E. Smith (* May 10, 1930 in White Plains; † May 28, 2025 in Barnegat) was a nobel prize winning American physicist. He was 95 years old. His education included University of Chicago and University of Pennsylvania. He received 7 awards, including Nobel Prize in Physics, Stuart Ballantine Medal.
