Jack Klugman (* April 27, 1922 in Philadelphia; † December 24, 2012 in Los Angeles) was an american actor. He was 90 years old. He was married to Brett Somers. He studied at Carnegie Mellon University. His awards include Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie and star on Hollywood Walk of Fame. His cause of death was prostate cancer. He was buried at Mount Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery.
