Biography
Jean-Louis Tauran (* April 3, 1943 in Bordeaux; † July 5, 2018 in Hartford) was a cardinal from France. He was 75 years old. His education included Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy and Pontifical Gregorian University. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 7 awards, including Great Cross with Star and Sash of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease. He was buried at Sant'Apollinare alle Terme Neroniane-Alessandrine.
