John Shelby Spong (* June 16, 1931 in Charlotte; † September 12, 2021 in Richmond) was an american bishop. He was 90 years old. His education included University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Virginia Theological Seminary and Yale Divinity School. His faith was Anglicanism.
