Biography
Yuri Orlov (* August 13, 1924 in Moscow; † September 27, 2020 in Ithaca) was a soviet physicist. He was 96 years old. He had 3 children. His education included MSU Faculty of Physics, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and Institute for Theoretical and Experimental Physics. He received 7 awards, including Carter–Menil Human Rights Prize, Fellow of the American Physical Society.
