Biography
Yuri Shchekochikhin (* June 9, 1950 in Ganja; † July 3, 2003 in Moscow) was a russian journalist. He was 53 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of Journalism. He was awarded the Medal "Defender of a Free Russia". His cause of death was poison. He was buried at Peredelkino Cemetery.
