Kelvin Felix (* February 15, 1933 in Roseau; † May 30, 2024 in Castries) was a dominican Catholic cardinal. He was 91 years old. His education included University of Notre Dame and University of Bradford. His faith was Catholic Church. He was awarded the Decoration of Honour.
