Martin Litchfield West (* September 23, 1937 in Hampton; † July 13, 2015 in Oxford) was a british philologist and classical scholar. He was 77 years old. He was married to Stephanie West. He had 2 children. His education included Balliol College and Colet Court. He received 5 awards, including Balzan Prize, Order of Merit.
