Martti Ahtisaari (* June 23, 1937 in Vyborg; † October 16, 2023 in Helsinki) was a president of Finland from 1994 to 2000. He was 86 years old. He was married to Eeva Ahtisaari. His education included University of Oulu, Kuopio Lyceum High School and Oulun Lyseon Lukio. His faith was Lutheranism. He received 7 awards, including Nobel Peace Prize, Manfred Wörner Medal. He was buried at Hietaniemi cemetery.
