Maurice Blanchot (* September 22, 1907 in Devrouze; † February 20, 2003 in Paris) was a french writer, philosopher, and literary theorist. He was 95 years old. He studied at University of Strasbourg. He was buried at Le Mesnil-Saint-Denis.
