Raúl Eduardo Vela Chiriboga (* January 1, 1934 in Riobamba; † November 15, 2020 in Quito) was an ecuadorian archbishop and cardinal. He was 86 years old. He studied at Pontifical Gregorian University. His faith was Catholic Church.
