Biography
Rosalyn Sussman Yalow (* July 19, 1921 in New York City; † May 30, 2011 in The Bronx) was an american medical physicist. She was 89 years old. She was married to A. Aaron Yalow. Her education included New York University, University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, Hunter College and Walton High School. She received 10 awards, including Albert Lasker Award for Basic Medical Research, Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Her cause of death was disease. She was buried at Mount Moriah Cemetery.
