Biography
Valeri Kubasov (* January 7, 1935 in Vyazniki; † February 19, 2014 in Moscow) was a soviet Cosmonaut. He was 79 years old. He studied at Moscow Aviation Institute. He was awarded the Medal "For Merit in Space Exploration". His cause of death was cerebrovascular disease. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
