Biography
Vladimir Voinovich (* September 26, 1932 in Dushanbe; † July 27, 2018 in Moscow) was a soviet Russian writer and dissident. He was 85 years old. He received 5 awards, including Dr. Friedrich Joseph Haass-Preis, Triumph. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
