Vladimir Menshov (* September 17, 1939 in Baku; † July 5, 2021 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian film director and actor. He was 81 years old. He was married to Vera Alentova. His education included Moscow Art Theatre School and Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. He received 6 awards, including Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 3rd class, Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 4th class. His cause of death was COVID-19. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
